Customers are our top priority thus we ensure well defined refund policies and procedures. However these policies do not includes the goods that are not accompanied by an invoice dating not older than 15 days.
Also the goods covered under the refund schemes do not include those that have been intentionally damaged or destroyed.
These are the conditions that must be satisfied in order to be eligible for refund.
'Marketable Condition’ refers to the condition in which the stock is received back from customer/ distributor as a return product. The product can be 'marketable' or 'unmarketable' depending on the condition of the returned stock as assessed by the Returns executive at the Brand Centers.
Once we receive your item, we shall inspect it and notify you with regard to receiving the item as soon as possible. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after carefully inspecting the item under the care of the experts.
If your return is validly approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or any other original mode of payment as preferred by you. You will receive the credit amount after 7 days, depending on the time taken for processing the refund to different banking institutions.
The customer shall/shall not be responsible for shipping the products for refund to the Brand Centers. Shipping costs shall be/ shall not be borne by the customers and are non refundable/ refundable in nature.
Once the refund has been initiated and received by you then the amount of shipping charge calculated shall be deducted from the amount of refund automatically.
